Do you take my insurance?
We work with nearly all major dental insurance plans and file claims for you. Not sure about yours? Call (801) 261-2013 and we'll check before you book.
I don't have insurance. Now what?
Our 3FD Membership Plan covers your exams, cleanings and X-rays at 100% and takes 20% off everything else, starting the day you enroll. Plans start at $349 a year.
Do you really do crowns in one visit?
Yes. We scan your tooth, design the crown and mill it from a solid block of ceramic in our office while you wait. Here's how same-day crowns work.
Can I see a dentist who speaks Spanish?
Yes. Dr. Andrew Johansen is fluent in Spanish and happy to do your whole visit in Spanish.
I'm nervous about the dentist. Be honest.
Very common, and we don't rush. We explain everything before we do it and go at your pace. Kids and first-timers included.
What are your hours?
Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We're closed Friday through Sunday.
